Designer Coordinator

Reports to: Fashion Show Director

Manages all designer relationships, documentation and production requirements from confirmation through show day.

— Manage all designers and confirm designer participation
— Collect designer contracts, information and collection descriptions
— Collect model assignments and garment counts
— Confirm designer arrival times
— Provide training and guidelines and remind designers to engage
— Resolve designer conflicts and ensure deadlines are met
— Ensure designers follow all production requirements
— Report collection updates, garment changes, backstage needs and production concerns

Depending on the production, schedule and team needs, you may be asked to assist with additional tasks, support other departments or adjust responsibilities as directed by executive production. Participants who demonstrate professionalism, communication, accountability, teamwork and an understanding of production guidelines may be considered for leadership and support roles across future activations.

Frequently Asked

Do I need prior experience?: No. Many participants join to gain their first professional production experience. Requirements are shared per production.
Are opportunities paid?: Some roles may be compensated depending on the production, scope and available funding. Compensation is confirmed in advance when applicable.
Can youth participate?: Yes. Youth and kid programming is age-appropriate, family-friendly and kept separate from adult-oriented experiences where appropriate.
Is this a modeling agency?: No. We are a community-driven social-impact and development platform. We do not provide representation or guarantee bookings.
How many models are selected for a production?: For this cycle, 120 profiles will be considered; only 96 will advance to final casting and runway placement. Submission is not a guarantee of selection.
